Finally tracked down the site I was thinking about, though it doesn't have a Bad Girls section. It is Allyson Heisey's website, featuring "The L Word, All My Children, Buffy, Xena and other television shows with episode summaries, clips, music videos, wallpapers, and fan fiction."
