vid recs?

I have become quickly hooked on "Carnivale" and "Life On Mars" and I was wondering if anyone knows of any good vids out there? If you do, please point me in the right direction. My search so far has been fruitless.

Hi! Over here from veni_vidi_vids, and I just so happen to have some links for you. Hopefully, they'll help in your quest for Carnivale and Life on Mars, and aren't too dated:

First, I'd check out lifein1973, the Life on Mars community. Vids should be in their memories section.

My personal fave that I have to rec is Dream On by Severa (http://profile.imeem.com/P2JBPz/video/RgjoOVO-/lom_dreamon). Sam-centric, set to Aerosmith's "Dream On". It's a fantastic song choice, and as a Gene fan, I totally love the bits with Gene beating up Sam.

And Carnivale:

pinkocracy, who did "In the Shadows" for Carnivale also has Justin/Iris vid to Live's "I Alone". I can't seem to find it on her site or journal, but I have a copy downloaded onto my computer. If you'd like to take a look, I can upload it onto Sendspace for you.

My girl Kate has done a bunch of Carnivale vids - including one to Bonnie Tyler's "Holding Out for a Hero" that we screened at CarnyCon. Evanescence's "Missing" is one of her brilliant Justin/Iris vids, and "Mother Revolution" is probably my favorite of all (it's a Sofie piece). Wow this is a very old post. 06. Thanks for the links though. I already know of "In The Shadows" and Severa's vid but I'll check out the others. :)
