This is awesome! I suck at coherent feedback on artwork, but I like how in the first version the contrast between the brighter colors and the creepy dolls is vaguely unsettling...in a good way of course. :)

I've been making fan art for ages and ages now and I still feel like a total novice. I'm only peripherally involved in the fan art community so I don't really know what other stuff is out there. If you think it's awesome that's good enough for me. :D

I think I agree with bananainpyjamas that the brightness of the first one ups the creepiness factor for some reason. And love how the boys are placed behind the house. :D

Those dolls are always a bit creepy so it wasn't hard to get an eerie feel for this piece of art.

I think it's gorgeous -- something about it just *really* appeals to me, partly the composition, partly "giant" Dean peering over the house, part... everything else!

Thank you so much elynross! I'm glad you mentioned the composition because I played around quite a bit with the perspective in order for that to come together. It's still something I'm not overly confident with. I'm chuffed you like it as a whole.
