Does anyone on my flist know anything about HDTV monitors? If so, would this here be a good buy for the price range? I've looked around and haven't seen anything better spec wise....
not certain if this is a good buy - but check to see what you need to tune/receive HDTV adn what connectors you need. Ex. some cable companies boxes will only output in XXX format. Also, if you don't have a built-in HDTV tuner, you may need to buy/rent one.

Thanks for the info. The monitor already has a tv tuner on-board and I know that I can buy a usb HDTV tuner so that's all good. I think it's then just a matter of hooking it upto my current cable service... According to all the guides it sounds simple enough but we shall see!
