Seriously, I think my heart just grew three sizes. The sources you picked, the sly song, the TIMING. And especially the part where you deal with the Obligatory Dead Lesbian cliché -- you manage to bring the pain and frustration on all possible levels, from inside the story (ow) and from the meta perspective (dammit), and still be clever and funny with it.
