I got my Club Vivid vid in just under the wire. Phew! Now I just have to sit on it for 3 months.

So excited for your CVV vid!! :D I was rewatching last year's DVD and thought your Life on Mars vid was one of standouts. I actually forgot it was your's, so I was looking through the program booklet trying to figure out who made that awesome vid. And then was like, "Oh, DUH." ;)

And I'm really excited to see what you've done too. Although, I am slightly disappointed you've decided not to go for "Jai Ho" because it's one of my current favourite songs. Still, you always bring the awesome so whatever it is I'm sure it'll be a show stopper.

I haven't rewatched the DVDs for a while but I still know that's a huge compliment for my LOM vid! :D

I've been rewatching the CVV DVD quite a bit lately. I think I missed a bunch of the vids at CVV itself. Both Smiley Faces and Bet You Look Good on the Dance Floor had me going, "Oh wow, this is impressive. Must find out who made it." So that makes two "DUH" moments for me. ;)

Aw, yeah, I really like Jai Ho too. I think that was a case of critical vidder failure. I might give it another go when I'm not on a deadline and don't feel forced to just come up with something.

I'd be surprised if anyone at CVV really gets to see the vids first time round, to busy dancing! Oh, and drunk. So I forgive you and that's what the DVDs are for.

Maybe once the pressure is off you'll be able to come back to Jai Ho. I hope so anyway.

I could never hold a vid off for 3 months. I'd end up reworking it at the last minute hah. Good luck to you and I hope it goes over well when you finally get to show it =)

At the moment I'm OK with how my vid ended up, not anything like I first envisioned but nevermind. I know by the time it airs the shiny newness will have worn off and I'll see all it's flaws staring at me but hopefully others won't.
