This should be shown to everybody who says digital art isn't "real art".

My favorite thing was how the artist was never happy with the subject's lips.

This digital art is just as "real" and valid as pen to paper. It's an incredible talent and I'm just mesmerized by it.

Hehe, fascinating and a very talented artist, great find Charmax. I love all the alterations he makes (I can so relate to that) - even after he signs it, then he takes another look and repositions the head & neck.

There is no difference in using paint & digital paint other than it is simpler to correct your mistakes and it doesn't make a mess of your kitchen :D

Yeah, I loved that last minute alterations too. It's almost like you can see the artist's mind at work. There was this little nagging feeling I had when I first watched it, I wanted to say "stop now before you ruin it!" but he didn't ruin it because he is good and he obviously knows exactly what he's doing.

Well I have the graphics pad collecting dust on my desk - I want to have a go soon but I can't see me turning it into a music vid on youtube unless it's going to be a cure for insomniacs ;)

It couldn't hurt my mood because nothing's better than getting good and covered in paint! :)

Wow, that was amazing Charmax! I'm so glad I checked out your LJ and found that. I love Radiohead and Thom Yorke, and that artist was outstanding. Great find!

It was an incredible find on youtube. Unfortunately I don't get that lucky often. I'm so jealous of the talent and skill that guy obviously has. He is just all kinds of wow. You should check out his other work too! *nods enthusiastically*
