The only way you would be in the bargain bin is if every bidder lost internet service during the bidding period. Somebody would still try to bid by attaching a "Speak and Spell" to a phonograph, spinning a table saw blade, which would be attached to an Atari 2600 and a Texas Instruments scientific calculator and...well, you get the point. :)
