I don't really have anything of interest to post at the moment so I'm just going to do the usual and post a wallpaper.
This was made for a challenge over at Bloody Hell Blends. I worked real hard at this, it looks simple but it took quite a few hours to make.
Michelle was black and white originally so before starting the wall I colourized her.  I'm pretty pleased with the overall feel and style.

I love that pic of her esquire shot, it's actually one of my faves of her and you done an incredible job colourizing it, I especilly love her eyes and her blue eye-make-up, very stylish and something I can imagine on MT without any problem. And the tone of her skin is also so natural like the whole coloured pic of yours, like her hair or the balls on her chain and I love how you arranged the pic, repeated it over the wallpaper and highlighten certain aspects. The brush work is also excellent as always and the green and yellow really works with the fresh look.

I think I have a new favourite wallpaper of yours, sorry Mr. and Mrs. Smith, it was nice meeting you folks... Bye!

I much prefer this to "Mr and Mrs Smith" - the colours, the brushwork, the whole feel. I'm not a huge fan of Michelle but she does do some great photoshoots! Thanks very much Astarte for the compliments again and noticing all the small details. :D

I have been meaning to ask you for so long now, did you make the Spike/Buffy image on your LJ and the above avatar yourself? Both are seriously impressive! I wouldn't even know where to begin making something like that. More than a tad envious here. :P lol

Yep, they were both derived from the CD-cover style art I made for nautibitz's Crash & Burn AU fic, so thank you. :] Sketched the faces on the computer with photos I'd picked for references, and used various other photos and PS stuff to make the rest of it. I'm a sucker for warm color schemes (especially red-orange-gold), so I stole stuff from it for my journal. ;D

My PS skills have been languishing big-time lately, so I've really enjoyed seeing the walls you've been doing--lots to appreciate in them!

Again I am impressed! It looks like a lot of hard work went into it. I love that style! You must have been photoshopping for a long time, making something that stunning is not learnt overnight. I would really love to see your other art. You never know, some of that ability might rub off on me. :oD
